Quickbooks by Intuit was changing from boxed software sold at Staples and other box stores to a device agnostic SAAS subscription model. It was also being completely rebranded.
I lead the creative to support the relaunch by creating a brand asset library of actual Quickbooks users shot in Los Angeles and Chicago. Quickbooks’ new focus was on authenticity which meant actual people in real environments with available light.
Another component to the relaunch was developing a video series to educate not only new users, but existing users to the advantages of the SAAS product over the boxed version.
Digital campaigns were created using the new assets, hitting potential users with highly targeted messaging, depending where they were in the sales funnel and decision making process.
